· Mail Handling: Draft emails and communicate with clients or vendors.
· Client Relations: Get in touch with clients or vendors and schedule meetings.
· Records Maintenance: Keep records and files updated.
· Cash Handling: Monitor office expenses and costs.
· Office Supplies: Monitor inventory and place orders when necessary.
· Call Handling: Receive calls and record messages for employees.
· Travel Desk: Handle other assigned duties, such as travel arrangements and schedules.
