Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, customer coordination, payment follow-up, administrative tasks, and sales report making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Coordination: Manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

  2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement.

  3. Payment Follow-up: Track and follow up on customer payments, ensuring timely receipt and resolution of any issues.

  4. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.

  5. Sales Report Making: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing customer trends and sales performance.

  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

  2. Customer-Focused: Proven ability to prioritize customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
