Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding & Sparking (EDM) Technician with hands-on experience in mould handling, sparking operations, and basic machine maintenance. This is a shop-floor role intended for a technically proficient individual who can independently manage mould modifications and support efficient moulding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Sparking (Electrical Discharge Machining) for mould adjustments, repairs, and fine modifications.
  • Operate injection moulding machines; assist in mould changeovers and machine setup.
  • Conduct minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tooling and work area; follow safety and quality procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant, hands-on experience in injection moulding and sparking (EDM).
  • Familiar with mould mechanics, spark erosion tools, and basic workshop equipment.
  • Skilled in identifying tooling-related issues and carrying out corrective actions.
  • Comfortable working in a factory environment with 12-hour day shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
