We are looking for a Female Senior management Executive, minimum 15+ year's of experience and must have worked for at least five at senior level. She should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, innovative mind and acceptance to change as per the environment.

She will be made responsible to assist the founder to one or more segments of the setup for design, implement and control the deliveries while taking care of complete processes to help lead the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Develop and implement operational policies according to the strategic plans for short term and long term for different verticals.
  • Taking care of operations to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Make decisions from bottom to top according to the given SOPs, policies and strategy.
  • To act as the primary spokesperson for the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Comfortable to travel across India to hold meetings and presentations.
