Job Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltds market presence in states of Gujarat & Maharashtra. This full-time, junior-to-mid level position is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience, looking to drive both B2B and OEM sales within the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in OEM Sales, enabling strong business relationships with original equipment manufacturers (Mandatory skill).
- B2B Sales proficiency, ensuring successful engagement with business clients and conversion of opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Competence in Dealer Network Management for effective dealer support and channel sales growth (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in Dealer Network Development for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new dealership partners across regions.
- Ability to independently handle Dealer Appointment processes from initial outreach through contract completion.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Ion Exchange Resin Sales, tailored to industrial and commercial requirements.
- Strong Product Presentation skills, capable of showcasing technical features to diverse business audiences.
- Understanding of Technical Product Sales processes to address complex customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and develop new OEM and B2B business opportunities in line with company growth targets.
- Build, expand, and manage a robust dealer network, ensuring consistent sales performance and market penetration.
- Drive dealer appointment initiatives, handling negotiations, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Promote and sell ion exchange resins and other technical products to industrial clients and channel partners.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify business trends, potential markets, and competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate on customer requirements, technical support, and timely delivery of solutions.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management for continuous improvement.
