Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and client relationship managementparticularly within the US Staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle client interactions, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific recruitment standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in recruitment; exposure to US staffing is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in team management and client coordination.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
  • Flexible to work in night shift to align with US time zones.
