Job Description


• Build SOPs for asset management policies, procedures and processes.
• Cloud subscription license management for Microsoft O365, Microsoft Visual studio, GitHub, Adobe etc.
• Microsoft Azure/AWS could cost management.
• Understand and up to date with technology concepts related to software licensing including – SaaS, Cloud, Hardware platform, workstation and server etc.
• Develop and implement IT asset management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective tracking, utilization, and optimization of IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and legal, to establish effective asset management processes and workflows.
• Conduct physical inventories of IT assets and Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of inventory data.
• Opex and Capex budget forecast
• Analyze purchasing effectiveness and resolve purchasing issues.
• Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget.
• Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements.
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team, including training and coaching.
• Conducting the Server Software License Review [SLR] on a yearly basis to check the current utilization of software licenses and figure out the gaps if any.
