As an Apps Support Group Manager at Data Solutions Technology team, you will lead a team to deliver high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective reference data technology solutions. Your role will involve managing complex disciplinary areas, ensuring service improvement for end-users, guiding development teams, managing vendor relationships, and implementing frameworks for managing capacity and latency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of professionals to achieve team objectives - Improve service level for end-users - Guide development teams on application stability - Manage vendor relationships effectively - Implement frameworks for managing capacity and latency - Drive cost reductions and efficiencies - Participate in business review meetings - Ensure adherence to support process standards Qualifications Required: - At least 15 years of experience in Application Production Support - 5+ years in a strategic role - Deep expertise in Big Data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Hive - Proven track record in driving stability, resiliency, and automation initiatives - Post-graduation in a relevant field preferred - Senior-level experience in Apps Support with people management skills - Excellent communication skills - Stakeholder management experience - Project management skills - Capacity planning/forecasting exposure - Bachelors/University degree required, Masters degree preferred You will be required to have full-time employment and possess skills in Application Production Support, Big Data Platforms, Grafana, and ITRS Geneos.,
