Roles & responsibilities
Offshore supply and deployment
•Managing the annual forward planning process for offshore resources including allocating portfolios to team members in line with agreed budgets. Understanding individuals' skillsets and experiences to apply intelligent mapping for each engagement.
•Managing supply and deployment for offshore resources on to client facing engagements outside of forward planning process on a day-to-day basis.
• Understand the process around shortfalls, prioritizing engagements. Proactively link in with engagement managers to understand flexibility in existing bookings in order to move staff around to fill critical shortfalls.
• Ability to quickly review a range of factors to make a decision on the best allocation taking into account e.g. availability, skills, regulatory and role requirements
• Scenario planning to be able to provide a range of options and review which would provide the best overall outcome before committing resource.
• Ability to manage a large volume of multiple requests at the same time.
• Work closely with RA's from other PG's to lend and borrow as appropriate.
Resourcing tools management and input
•Resourcing tool management: ensuring suite of Resourcing tools are up to date and any system changes/ updates are incorporated.
•Management of mailbox queries and updates relating to Resourcing tools.
•Working with IT to escalate and resolve any technical issues as required.
•Updating tools for client facing teams to capture up to date bookings (chargeable work, training, holidays etc) and availability.
•Forward map Resourcing requirements and proactively upload these into the system to identify challenges, clashes and shortfalls.
•Running searching and shortlisting within the tool.
Reporting and Management Insight
•Responsible for all Resourcing MI production
•Creation and distribution of Resourcing MI suite of reports on a regular basis at agreed timings.
•Managing MI queries as well as ad hoc reporting requests.
•Following up with client facing teams on reporting anomalies e.g. SAP versus Retain variances and ad hoc queries.
•Maintenance and updates of the chargeability app in conjunction with the CoE MI team.
Driving data integrity
•Ensuring information is regularly up to date so operational decisions can be made at a fast pace as well as MI being accurate.
•Focus on data integrity to drive accuracy both in own inputs as well as those inputted by others.
•Governance of accuracy of existing data sources and data cleansing as required.
•Following up directly with client facing staff to ensure completion rates are high for the Resourcing systems (including quality of completion).
•Sending chasers to individuals where information is not accurate (e.g. follow up on actual (SAP) versus forecast (Retain) as well as no bookings).
•Escalation to relevant BP Resource to drive messaging as required.
•Responsible for skills curation: review of skills entered the system to remove duplications and approve new skills terms into the taxonomy.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications
•MBA/Mcom
•2+ years in RMT with Big 4 firm.
Work experience
•Ability to strategies and provide insights to effectively grow the organization
