Craft and Technik Industries (CATI) is a precision machining company with 27+ years of expertise in supplying high-quality machined components. We serve OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in the automotive, power generation, industrial refrigeration and engineering industries, backed by state-of-the-art CNC facilities and a commitment to excellence.

We're looking to strengthen our finance team with a dedicated
Accounts Executive
who can manage daily accounting operations in Tally ERP and support broader finance functions.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Maintain accurate accounting records (journal entries, ledgers, vouchers)
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor invoices, and payment processing
  • Perform bank reconciliation, vendor, and client reconciliation
  • Record GST, TDS entries and assist in returns filing
  • Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
  • Assist in preparation and finalization of accounts
  • Generate MIS reports and support budgeting & financial analysis
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal/statutory audits
  • Follow up with customers on overdue invoice payments
  • Initiate vendor bill payments through the bank
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting tasks
  • Taking ownership of and handling all accounts-related activities

Skills & Qualifications -

  • B.Com
  • 3-5 years' accounting experience (manufacturing sector preferred, not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP
    and
    MS Excel
  • Knowledge of
    GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
  • With respect to distance from job location, ideally located in ~ 7-10 km. radius from job location
