Key Responsibilities: -

● Handle international flight, hotel, and land component reservations.

● Optimize bookings for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

● Prepare quotations and ensure competitive pricing.

● Generate vouchers and necessary travel documents.

● Manage and resolve reservation queries promptly.

● Maintain up-to-date destination knowledge to provide expert advice.

● Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and airlines for seamless travel arrangements.

● Ensure accuracy in booking details and maintain detailed records.

● Support internal teams in delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Requirements: -

● 1-2 years of experience in travel operations, reservations, or related fields.

● Strong knowledge of flight, hotel, and land reservations.

● Proficiency in flight booking platforms, hotel booking platforms, and land arrangements.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries professionally.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

● Attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
