Responsibilities will include
Functional Responsibilities
a) Driving Offline Payments: Manage and enhance revenue generation through QR code transactions, EDC machines, loans, and speaker sales.
b) Team Management: Oversee and lead a large team comprising Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Team Leaders (TLs), and field executives, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
c) Market Oversight: Ensure team members are appropriately assigned to and working effectively in designated markets.
d) Achievement of Targets: Focus on reaching key distribution network targets, including sales, revenue, and quality acquisitions within the assigned zone.
e) Market Expansion: Identify and launch new markets to improve penetration and expand the company's reach.
f) Operational Efficiency: Implement operational best practices to enhance efficiency, and provide development, coaching, and retention strategies for team members.
g) Organizational Compliance: Adhere to and promote organizational norms and ways of working as defined by the company.
h) Competitive Benchmarking: Monitor and analyze competition to ensure the company & market performance is competitive and up to date.
Problem Solving
a) Team Performance Issues: Address and resolve any challenges related to team performance or productivity, employing strategic problem-solving techniques to ensure all team members meet their targets.
b) Market Penetration Challenges: Identify obstacles to market expansion or penetration and develop actionable solutions to overcome these barriers and achieve market growth.
c) Operational Inefficiencies: Detect inefficiencies within operations and implement corrective measures to streamline processes and improve overall team performance.
d) Target Achievement Barriers: Analyze reasons for any shortfall in achieving sales and revenue targets, and devise strategies to overcome these barriers and achieve key performance indicators.
Interaction
a) Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and between different levels of the organization, ensuring clear directives and feedback.
b) Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment among ASMs, TLs, and field executives to enhance teamwork and collective performance.
c) Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to align on strategic initiatives, market expansions, and operational improvements.

●10 + years of overall experience.
