Job Title: Senior Executive – Learning and Development
Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore
The Senior Executive role has ownership for the smooth execution of the functions L&D strategy
Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying training and development needs within the Firm through job analysis.
- Designing the learning resources/ journeys based on the needs of the individual.
- Demonstrating consistent performance and delivering as per set KPIs across all projects/ line managers
- Ensuring that the activities undertaken by the team are well within the budget as assessing the return on investment of any training program is essential.
- Developing effective induction program which could be followed up by a feedback.
- Producing and delivering the training modules built for in-house training.
- Ensuring the statutory training requirements are met by self-assessment and evaluation from the person's manager.
- Ensuring the deployment and execution of the learning initiative is as per timelines
- Evaluating and amending the existing training and development programs according to the changing environment of the workplace.
- Conducting dipstick survey to gather feedback on various learning interventions
- Helping the line managers and trainer solve specific training problems, either on an one-on-one basis or in groups.
- Keeping up to date by reading the latest journals, attending domain specific workshops or meeting professionals from the same industry.
- Managing the LMS and tracking the training hours for the business.
- Managing training logistics, MIS and reporting/ dashboards.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Strong foundation in Instructional Designing models and Tools
- Inclination and excel in data analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
- Any Post-graduate from a reputed institute with specialization in HR. Additional certifications/diploma would be preferred in the field of L&D
- 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience
