We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Coordinator to support our Business

Development Manager in managing client engagement and lead generation across the GCC

region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating potential leads, coordinating

meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Research and identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities across GCC

countries.

 Assist in generating and qualifying leads to support the Business Development

pipeline.

 Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments across multiple regions.

 Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and

smooth communication.

Monitor and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support outreach

campaigns.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in a client-facing, business development support, or sales

coordination role.

 Strong research and lead generation skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM

tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
