Employment Type:

3 Months Contractual Role (Extension/Permanent opportunity based on performance)

Rotational Night Shifts

2-Way Cab Facility Provided

Compensation:

  • Freshers (Graduates only): 3.2 LPA (Approx. 20,000 Take Home)
  • 1 Year Experience: 3.8 LPA (Approx. 25,000 Take Home)
  • 2+ Years Experience: 4.2 LPA (Approx. 29,000 Take Home)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle international chat and email interactions with customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with queries related to products, services, orders, and account support.
  • Maintain high-quality written communication while adhering to process guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

  • Graduates (mandatory for freshers)

  • Any Graduate/Undergraduate (acceptable for experienced candidates)

  • Experience:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2+ years) are welcome

  • Minimum 1 year experience in International Chat/Email Process preferred

  • Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong typing and grammar accuracy (minimum 250 words per cross-check in Writex test)
  • Good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle international customers in a professional manner
