We are a reputed automobile dealership in Anugul committed to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and be a key point of contact between our customers and service department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their service needs
  • Open job cards and explain service details, estimated costs, and timelines
  • Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely service delivery
  • Follow up with customers on service progress and completion
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate if necessary
  • Maintain service records and documentation accurately
  • Promote service packages and offers

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (automobile industry preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and DMS software (preferred)
  • Ability to handle customer queries and deliver a positive experience

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred)

Salary:

  • Competitive and based on experience
