**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented **Service Advisor** to join our team. As the bridge between our customers and the service department, the Service Advisor plays a key role in ensuring top-tier customer experience while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Schedule appointments and maintain service records
- Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance, and service packages
- Provide cost estimates and obtain approval before proceeding with work
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Upsell additional services and accessories when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automobile industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy service hours
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, DMS/CRM software)
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
