Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners and tenants/buyers, assisting clients with property searches and transactions, handling customer inquiries, providing support with rental agreements, and coordinating with other service providers like packers & movers and home services. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring a smooth property transaction experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms for property searches and transactions
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the real estate or customer service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proficiency in English and local languages (Kannada and Hindi preferred)
