We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Officer to oversee our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial management,with expertise in GST, Customs, Income Tax, Export and Import procedures, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage all accounting and financial functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Ensure compliance with GST, Customs, Income Tax, and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Oversee export and import procedures, including documentation and compliance
  • Manage payment outstanding and collections
  • Finalize accounts and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance

*Requirements:*

  • B.Com/M.Com with CA /ICA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent qualification,
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of GST, Customs, Income Tax, and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
