Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

KISAN MART is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, monitor stock levels, support dealer and sister company orders, and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling warehouse documentation and stock audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material movement
• Monitor stock levels, update daily stock records, and maintain accurate inventory data
• Prepare and fulfill orders for dealers and sister companies
• Receive and verify incoming stock, parts, and materials
• Maintain proper stock registers, inward/outward records, and documentation
• Conduct timely stock audits and report discrepancies
• Track and maintain records of warranty parts, returned parts, and replaced items
• Coordinate with accounting/office staff for stock updates and billing
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safety compliant
• Support loading/unloading activities when required

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate clearly
• Familiar with stock entry systems (basic computer knowledge required)
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle material movement
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibility

Qualifications

• SSC / Inter / Diploma / Degree (any stream)
• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (Freshers can apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
