Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including joining formalities, exit formalities, payroll processing, salary processing, time office management, and statutory compliance.
  • Oversee HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisal systems, training programs, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records of employee data and ensuring timely submission of returns.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Analyze MIS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field (preferably from manufacturing industry).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong understanding of HR administration, coordination, HR operations, HR generalist activities, joining formalities, exit formalities, labour laws, payroll management & statutory compliance.
