- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to the projects is a plus.
