We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic talent to join our Sales and Customer Engagement team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with customers, understand market dynamics, and support business growth initiatives. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and supporting sales functions.

Key Responsibilities- Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Support onboarding and post-sales engagement to enhance the customer experience
- Help maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to resolve customer queries
- Track and report customer feedback to improve services and product offerings
- Participate in campaign planning and execution for customer engagement
- Conduct market and competitor research as needed
- Contribute to sales outreach activities, including lead generation and cold calling
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer interaction and relationship-building
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
