Offline Marketing Manager

The Offline Marketing Manager will lead all on-ground and trade marketing initiatives to drive brand preference, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and enhance retail visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build impactful visibility strategies through differentiated ways of offline marketing - hoardings, roadshows, and in-store branding.
• Develop and deploy marketing collaterals (POSM, brochures, signages, display units) across trade touchpoints.
• Design and execute BTL campaigns including dealer meets, mason/contractor engagement programs, and retail activations.
• Conceptualize loyalty and recognition programs for masons/contractors to drive retention and advocacy.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure marketing activations are aligned to business goals.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Track ROI, compile performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Safeguard brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.

Qualification & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in BTL/field marketing (cement, paints, tiles, FMCG, or building materials preferred).
• Strong project and vendor management capabilities.
• High travel readiness and ability to work closely with sales teams.

Location:
Hyderabad (HO), Extensive travel across states.
