Salary: ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹3 Lakhs per annum (depending on portfolio and

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital

Marketing Strategist and Content Creator to develop and implement effective

social media marketing strategies for all five of our firms. This role requires a

proactive individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms,

excellent content creation skills, and the ability to manage multiple brand

identities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging

content, scheduling posts, Managing SEO-focused strategies to improve online visibility, analyzing performance, and contributing to the overall growth and brand visibility of each company. 

Responsibilities:

Monthly Social Media Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive

monthly social media marketing strategies tailored to each of the five

distinct firms, aligning with their specific goals and target audiences.

Content Creation: Conceptualize, create, and curate engaging content

(including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats) that

showcases projects, services, expertise, and brand values for each firm.

This will involve gathering information from completed projects, ongoing

work, and industry trends.

Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a detailed content

calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all relevant social

media platforms for each company.

Social Media Platform Management: Manage and maintain active profiles on

various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter,

etc.) relevant to each firm's target audience.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the

performance of social media campaigns for each firm, using data to refine

strategies and optimize content for better engagement and reach.

Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and

foster a positive online community around each brand.

Software Proficiency: Utilize relevant software and tools for content

creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - basic proficiency expected),

content scheduling (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and social media analytics.

Content Cataloging: Develop and maintain an organized digital library of all

created content for easy access and reuse.

Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and

algorithm changes in social media marketing.

Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams of each firm to

understand their specific marketing needs and gather necessary

information for content creation.

SEO Management: Implement basic SEO strategies in social media content, ensuring discoverability, keyword integration, and alignment with broader digital marketing efforts.

Team Building: In the near future we would like this person to select,

shortlist and lead a motivated team of digital marketing professionals.

Requirements:

* Proven experience (minimum of 1-2 years) in digital marketing and content

creation, preferably with experience managing social media for multiple brands

or within related industries (architecture, interior design, construction, travel,

renewable energy).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create

compelling and brand-appropriate content.

* Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. 

* Proficiency in using content creation and social media management tools.

* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.

* A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

* A portfolio showcasing previous social media marketing campaigns and content created.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

* Must be based in Lucknow and available for an in-person interview.
