We are looking for an Imports Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our international supply chain operations. You will work closely with vendors, shipping partners, customs authorities and internal teams to ensure smooth and cost effective imports that fuel Boldfit's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all import logistics activities from vendor dispatch to delivery
  • Manage bookings with sea and air logistics partners
  • Work with vendors for shipments and timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate shipment trackers and reports
  • Oversee customs clearance and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Work with finance for timely payments of freight, duties and vendor invoices
  • Negotiate bulk bookings and freight rates with strategic partners
  • Plan and allocate space effectively, making decisions on LCL versus FCL shipments
  • Ensure a robust and reliable supply chain that keeps inventory moving
  • Continuously optimise costs, timelines and processes

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in imports logistics or supply chain, preferably in consumer products, retail or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs and compliance
  • Proven ability in vendor management and freight negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in maintaining trackers and MIS
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Hands on, detail oriented and proactive in solving problems
