Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Branding Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital branding strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with overall business goals.
  • Digital Presence Management: Oversee and optimise the brand's digital presence on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta platforms, email marketing, and SMS marketing.
  • Targeting and Segmentation: Monitor and optimise targeting and segmentation strategies across different platforms for maximum impact.
  • A/B Testing: Ideate, implement, and measure A/B testing initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilise analytics tools to monitor and assess the performance of digital branding initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the global marketing team, e-commerce team, and influencer team to seamlessly integrate digital branding efforts across all channels.
  • KPI Assignment and Reporting: Assign Key Performance Indicators and prepare regular reports, both monthly and for specific initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimise budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Luxury industry knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience using of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams towards common goals
