Our Trademo is backed by a remarkable team of leaders and entrepreneurs likeAmit Singhal (Sr. VP, Google), Sridhar Ramaswamy (CEO, Snowflake), Neeraj Arora (Ex CBO, Whatsapp Group).Role OverviewAs an SDR, you will play a key role in Trademo's outbound sales development engine, driving new logo acquisition through proactive prospecting, high-quality lead generation, and strategic pipeline growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively reach out to potential customers through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and LinkedInExecute well-researched outbound prospecting strategies to build a strong qualified pipelinePinpoint and connect with senior stakeholders responsible for supply chain, compliance, and procurement decisionsConduct high-quality qualification calls to identify fit, assess urgency, and book strategic discovery meetings for AEsLeverage account research and tailored messaging to boost engagement and conversionPartner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition of qualified leadsKeep CRM data up to date while monitoring key SDR metrics such as pipeline contribution and meeting success ratesNurture early-stage leads with consistent value-driven follow-ups to drive pipeline acceleration and conversionAchieve and exceed monthly opportunity creation targets through disciplined execution and pipeline ownershipCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimise conversionProfile – What Success Looks LikeProven experience in outbound SaaS sales development with strong pipeline contributionExperience of outbound in global markets.Consistently exceeds goals through proactive and structured executionExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThrives in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environmentData-driven mindset with the ability to optimize outreach and show measurable impactEducationBachelor's degree required.
