We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Sales Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on the EdTech domain. This role demands a results-driven professional capable of driving large teams, optimizing conversions, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of total sales experience, with proven EdTech experience being mandatory.

Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Strong understanding of the B2C / higher education sales model.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strategic and execution-oriented approach.

Immediate joiners or 15 to 30 days of notice period
