About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive with at least 1 year of prior HR experience to manage our end-to-end HR operations. This is a full-time on-site role suitable for someone who understands the value of structure, communication, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete hiring process – from posting jobs to onboarding new team members.
  • Maintain and manage employee records and documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Manage salary processing and ensure timely payouts.
  • Coordinate with management for team performance and employee engagement.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all HR policies and procedures.

Compensation

  • Probation (First 4 Months): ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
  • Post Probation (Full-Time Package): ₹3.5 LPA

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment-related roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site, 6 days a week (11:00 AM – 8:15 PM).
