Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager – Channel Partner Sales located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales through these partners, and ensuring successful collaboration and communication. Daily tasks include identifying new channel partners, negotiating contracts, developing sales strategies, and monitoring the performance of existing partners to ensure target achievement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with Channel Partners
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and monitor performance metrics
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking sales activities and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- Knowledge of the home interior and renovation industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area
