Role Overview

The
Brand Activations Manager
will be responsible for bringing Neulife's brand to life through
on-ground experiences, BTL events, partnerships, and community-driven activations
. You will design and execute creative brand engagement strategies that connect with athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday consumers—building strong recall, driving trials, and deepening customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Design and execute a
    360° brand activation calendar
    , including events, sampling drives, gym partnerships, expos, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the growth, content, and sales teams to align activations with business objectives.

Event & Community Management

  • Manage
    on-ground activations
    at gyms, fitness studios, marathons, expos, and sporting events.
  • Build and nurture
    local brand communities
    , creating grassroots engagement with trainers, coaches, and influencers.

Partnerships & Alliances

  • Identify and drive
    strategic partnerships
    with gyms, sports clubs, fitness festivals, and health platforms.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize brand visibility and ROI.

Budget & ROI Tracking

  • Own the
    activations budget
    , ensuring efficient spend with measurable impact.
  • Develop KPIs to track effectiveness—leads generated, trials converted, brand lift, and community engagement.

Brand Custodianship

  • Ensure
    brand consistency
    across all activations in line with Neulife's science-backed, performance-first ethos.
  • Act as a
    brand evangelist
    , representing Neulife in the fitness and wellness ecosystem.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience (4–6 years) in
    brand activations, experiential marketing, or event management
    within FMCG, wellness, or consumer brands.
  • Strong
    network in fitness, sports, or lifestyle communities
    is a big plus.
  • Hands-on ability to
    execute events end-to-end
    , from concept to measurement.
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong
    problem-solving
    abilities and a data-driven mindset.
