Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our After Sales Spare Parts division in the automobile industry. He will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive spare parts, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to promote aftermarket spare parts sales, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and establishing pricing strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling spare parts to maximize revenue.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts. Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to minimize obsolete stock.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular sales reports for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical support when needed.
