JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE NEW RECRUIT AS ASST.MANAGER – ACCOUNTS:

On Daily Basis:

1) Physical Verification of Cash balances at main Cash & Chamber Imprest

2) Receipts and payments vouching & sign off

3) Purchase bills relating to supplies & Services etc., verification and sign off

4) Purchase bills related to Capital expenditure

5) Catering: KOT Vs CC billing verification

6) Banquet Parties – tracking advances and settlement of party advances

7) Banquet parties – Costing and report on variances.

8) Chambers: Rooms advances tracking and closing

9) Refund of card balances & credit balances to Members accounts

On Weekly basis:

1) Reconciliation of club centric report Vs Tally account ledger accounts in respect of:

a) Smart Card balances

b) Members Due accounts

c) Reconciliation of AF club accounts pertaining to Room bookings

d) Functional coupons – accounting and reconciliation

e) Special Offers – reconciliation and accounting

f) Reconciliation of Sponsorship accounts

On Monthly Basis:

1) TDS returns filing

2) Depreciation provision

3) Accounting of Interest accrual on fixed deposits.

4) Monthly stock verification and reporting

5) Monthly consumption – CRS stores

6) Coordinate with GST consultant in filing of monthly returns

7) Coordinate with Internal auditors in closing monthly internal audit report

8) Tracking and closing of advances paid to suppliers

9) Accounting of Corporate subscription on monthly basis.

On Quarterly Basis:

1) TDS reconciliation with tally report

2) Obtaining confirmation of balances from the banks

3) Follow up Vendors in connection with noncompliance of GST rules & regulations.

4) Obtain confirmation of balances from suppliers and reconcile their accounts wherever escalations

5) Review of prepaid expenses account and provision of expenses .

On Yearly Basis:

1) Accounts finalization and closing of external audit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
