Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, monitoring credit control processes, handling petty cash transactions, and assisting in financial management tasks. The role also requires collaboration with team members to ensure the smooth functioning of accounting processes and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting and Finance principles
  • Experience in managing Credit Control and Petty Cash transactions
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical accuracy
  • Understanding of relevant financial laws, regulations, and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in an accounting firm is an advantage
