Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Assistant Accountants Manager

with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, handling statutory compliance, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP).
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) functions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income tax.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and coordinate with auditors.

Payroll:

  • Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records including attendance, leave balances, salary structure, deductions, etc.
  • Calculate and process statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
  • Generate salary slips, Form 16, and payroll-related reports.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance teams for payroll inputs and employee queries.
  • Ensure timely payment of salaries and statutory remittances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll processing.
