We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with a strong background in the
Education sector
. The ideal candidate will have
3+ years of proven experience
in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and implementing business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Take a consultative approach to understand and meet client needs.
- Implement structured sales plans and strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and cold calls as per goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare proposals, costings, and contracts for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements:
