About the Role:As a Customer Support Specialist at Statiq, you'll be the friendly voice and superhero who ensures our customers receive top-notch assistance and a delightful experience. Responsibilities:Gather customer feedback and share with the respective teams

Handling customer queries on Chat, E-mails and calls

Educate current and potential customers with product and service information

Rasing complaints and coordinating with the team for resolving customer issues.Helping users for troubleshooting while charging and providing a complete charging process to users.
