Job Title: Customer Service Associate English & Bengali
Location: Electronic City Phase II, Bangalore, Karnataka
Employment Type: Permanent | Work from Office
About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates with excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound patient interactions professionally, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining accuracy and process compliance.Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally with patients and customers.
- Communicate fluently in English and Bengali; ability to converse in Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Assist patients with appointment bookings, inquiries, and related support.
- Verify and update patient details accurately in the relevant systems/tools.
- Maintain required Quality and AHT (Average Handling Time) standards.
- Adhere to shift schedules, login hours, and process requirements.
- Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates.
- Build positive relationships with patients through active listening and empathy.
