Description:

We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Business Analyst to support technical projects in the eCommerce domain. The role involves bridging communication between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams, handling documentation, coordination, and project support.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discussions between Japanese stakeholders and technical teams
  • Acquire deep understanding of the requirements and domain knowledge
  • Translate and document business and technical requirements (Japanese English)
  • Creating and managing epics, user stories and other requirement documents
  • Coordinate across development, QA, and design functions
  • Support testing, issue tracking, and post-release follow-ups

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of overall experience, including strong Business Analyst experience
  • JLPT N2 or higher with fluency in English and Japanese
  • Experience in IT or digital projects
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and general SDLC practices
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
