Your Mission 

We're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing global Customer Experience team at Aftershoot. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and excels at explaining technical concepts simply.

You'll be the frontline hero helping thousands of photographers worldwide through chat/email support, hosting live video calls, resolving technical issues, and helping to build scalable systems to provide just-in-time answers to our users.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Own live chat and email support with speed, clarity, and empathy.

  2. Help photographers troubleshoot issues, guiding them through solutions with patience and precision.

  3. Host video calls to provide personalized assistance for more complex challenges.

  4. Master our products inside and out to provide accurate, helpful answers to user questions.

  5. Work with engineers to identify and resolve technical issues customers encounter.

  6. Analyze and optimize systems for delivering support at scale.

What We're Looking For

  1. Strong written and verbal English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).

  2. Prior customer-facing experience of 3-6 years.

  3. Self-motivated problem-solver who can work independently and think proactively.

  4. Experience building automated workflows and working with LLMs in business contexts.

  5. Availability to work evenings and weekend shifts as needed

  6. Bonus: Experience as a photographer (professional or enthusiast) with Adobe Lightroom or similar editing tools.
