Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor the usage metrics of the Payroll software regularly.
Connect with customers to understand reasons for low or inactive usage.
Encourage adoption by addressing queries or concerns effectively.
Educate active users about new features and gather feedback for improvement.
Ensure customers are consistently engaged and satisfied with the service.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience and resolve customer issues promptly.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
Basic understanding of HR, Payroll, or SaaS products (preferred but not mandatory).
Proactive, customer-focused, and ready to take initiative.
Comfortable working with data to track and analyze customer usage trends.
Experience Range:
1 - 3 years

This was when our founders decided to build a robust, user-friendly & cost-effective billing software for SMB restaurants that will automate everyday operations and push businesses towards sustainability.
And now, a decade into the industry, we have realized our dream of becoming the ideal restaurant billing solution provider to all & every kind of food service business in India.
