Key Responsibilities

  • Recipe Innovation: Rapidly develop new recipes and food variants using healthy ingredients such as millets, traditional grains, and regional specialties, alongside popular dishes like pasta and Manchurian.
  • Food-Tech Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to adapt and optimize recipes for automation, dispensing, and packaging systems.
  • Culinary R&D: Maintain excellence in taste, texture, consistency, and nutrition while testing recipes for scalability.
  • Continuous Refinement: Conduct trials, testing, and user feedback sessions to fine-tune recipes aligned with machine capabilities.
  • Creative Adaptation: Work within a defined set of ingredients to create a diverse range of beverages, sauces, syrups, and complete meals.
  • Industry Exposure: Represent the company in food exhibitions, culinary showcases, or competitions, showcasing innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or Nutrition (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience as a chef, culinary researcher, or food innovator in professional kitchens or R&D environments.
  • Strong passion for healthy, millet-based, or regional cuisines and modern food experimentation.
  • Ability to creatively adapt recipes to meet automation requirements while ensuring consistent quality control.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in food innovation projects, exhibitions, or competitions will be a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
