Job Description – Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Location:
Bangalore (On-site)

Experience:
2–3 years of Project/Delivery Management + 2–3 years of SAP experience

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager / Delivery Manager who can drive project execution, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery. The candidate must have strong exposure to
SAP products and modules
, and must be capable of making practical, logical decisions during daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery
  • Coordinate with SAP technical/functional teams for requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment
  • Create and track project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and leadership
  • Review SAP deliverables, validate functional/technical outputs, and ensure quality standards
  • Resolve roadblocks quickly by applying sound judgement and practical decision-making
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, status meetings, and progress reporting
  • Ensure project governance, documentation, and process discipline
  • Manage change requests and ensure impact analysis from SAP teams
  • Maintain strong alignment with delivery timelines and SLAs

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience managing IT/SAP projects
  • Hands-on exposure to
    SAP modules
    such as MM, SD, FICO, PP, BASIS, or SAP Cloud products
  • Understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle (Blueprinting → Realization → Testing → Go-live)
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to quickly understand situations and provide practical solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good to Have

  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams
  • Exposure to SAP integrations (CPI, BTP, SAC, Fiori)
  • Certification in SAP or Project Management (PMP/Agile/Scrum)
