Igniting Minds Aerospace Private Limited, an AS9100 Rev D Certified organization, specializes in manufacturing aerospace components, tooling, and ground support equipment. With advanced technology and an experienced team, the company delivers high-quality precision products to clients across India, Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Singapore, and Australia. Our expertise lies in producing Aero Engine tooling for leading OEMs like CFM, Rolls Royce, GE, Safran, and Pratt & Whitney, as well as Aircraft Tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault. We also machine precision components from a variety of materials, including aluminum, titanium, and steel, in sizes ranging from 2mm to 1200mm and tooling up to 5 meters.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Bengaluru North. The Account Manager will handle client relationships, understand and address customer needs, manage accounts, and ensure accurate order tracking and timely delivery. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and provide regular updates on account performance and market trends. The role involves building lasting relationships with clients, making sure their expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in account management, client relationship-building, and customer service.
- Understanding of sales processes, business development, and market analysis.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver on-time results.
