Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter based in Bengaluru North. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical positions across the organization. Key responsibilities include engaging in talent acquisition activities, developing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The role requires a focus on building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a great hiring experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for IT/technical roles
  • Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to conduct technical assessments and evaluate candidates' technical knowledge
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes effectively
  • Knowledge of the latest hiring trends and best practices in IT recruitment, with scope for creativity in attracting talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring is an advantage
