Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, with a focused effort on sourcing and hiring IT and technical talent. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with stakeholders, understanding hiring needs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding processes for candidates effectively. Additional responsibilities include identifying and attracting top IT talent to meet the organization's and clients' objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Proficiency in IT Recruitment and identifying the best-fit technical talent for organizational needs.
  • Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Hyderabad.
  • Recruitment experience in the IT and technology sector is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
