Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Admin located in Bengaluru North. The HR Admin will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to human resources. These tasks include managing employee records, overseeing recruitment processes, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role also involves coordinating HR activities, providing customer service to employees, and supporting overall HR functions.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Strong Communication and Employee Relations skills
- Customer Service expertise
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the elevator industry is a plus
