Role Description
The Presales Executive will be responsible for calling, pitching the products, scheduling site visits, responding to requests for proposals , customer service, and supporting the sales team.
Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential clients, following up, managing proposals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while aligning with company goals.
Qualifications
- 3+years of experience as presales /Inside sales in real estate industry
- Cold calling and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
