We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Presales Manager
to join our real estate team for
The Cascades Neopolis Project
at Kokapet, Hyderabad. The Presales Manager will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, coordinating with sales teams, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle
telecalling
to generate and qualify leads for residential/commercial real estate. - Engage with prospective clients, explain project details, and schedule
site visits
. - Coordinate and conduct
project walk-throughs
for clients at The Cascades – Neopolis site. - Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure lead conversion and support sales closures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve pre-sales targets.
- Maintain lead database (CRM) with accuracy and update client interaction records.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements-
- 1–3 years of
real estate or construction industry experience
in a customer-facing/pre-sales role. - Strong communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
- Proficiency in
telecalling, client engagement, and site visit coordination
. - Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
